Symptoms

Starting WebLogic AdminServer or a Managed Server from WLST using a command like nmStart('AdminServer') never returns to the WLST prompt/shell. Although the Admin Server or the Managed Server starts, the WLST command hangs and pressing Ctrl+C aborts the WLST shell altogether.
