Inconsistent ldapsearch Results When Using 'scope = sub' After 'dsconf reindex' (Doc ID 1594554.1)

Symptoms

Ldapsearches using 'scope = sub' not returning entries after 'dsconf reindex'

Steps to produce issue:

1. Create new 11.1.1.7.0 instance, add a suffix, some users and an aci.

2. ldapsearch for entries with a filter such as uid=j*.smith. 2 entries are found, john.smith and jack.smith.

3. Run dsconf reindex

4. Run same ldapsearch as above, instead of 2 entries, no entries are returned.
