Ubbconfig Empty OPENINFO Password When Compiling An Ubb With DB Encryted Password (Doc ID 1595500.1)

Symptoms

Once you have compiled an ubbconfig which is using ecryption for a DB passwd in an XA Group OPENINFO,

if you execute tmunloadcf the text file (lets call it ubb1) has between "@" the encrypted passwd this is expected and correct.

In this point if you execute "tmloadcf ubb1" Tuxedo sends an error
LIBTUX_CAT:6050: ERROR: Decrypted protected field has non-displayable characters. Substitute the encrypted password with ***** and run tmloadcf again
