Symptoms

H log shows the following error:

Error extracting class "Invoices", field "VendorASSA": OCR Error in Engine 'FineReader8' at page 1: Error dur. analyzing page
  1. Runtime Server is running on Server 2008 R2.
  2. There is more that one instance configured that is running the OCR process.
  3. The failure is random.
  4. Restarting the RTS Service resolves the issue.
  5. The batch that failed originally, now is processed after the restarting of the service.
