WLST Connect() Hang At weblogic.rjvm.ResponseImpl.waitForData() Indefinitely (Doc ID 1595809.1)

Symptoms

Sometimes, when using the WLST command:

 

However, thread dumps from server side show no corresponding thread which is processing the RMI request RMIBootServiceImpl_1033_WLStub.authenticate(), and Security ATN debugs show no corresponding debug information in the server log.

When the issue happen, you can still log in to the Weblogic console succesfully meaning that the server does is not dead and the security ATN is working well.
