Relative URL In Authentication Success URL Value Does Not Work (Doc ID 1595899.1)

Symptoms

When specifying a relative URL (a URL with no hostname, eg "/local/redirect/index.html") in an authentication success field, after providing credentials the user receives a server error.  The following error is seen in the oam_server1-diagnostic.log:
