Self Service Password Reset Failure After Implementing SSL Certificate (Doc ID 1596050.1)

Symptoms

The Enterprise Single Sign On Password Reset 11.1.2.1.0 client has stopped working after configuring the Password Reset web server for SSL connectivity using client certificates.

When attempting to view the Reset web page the error seen is "Forbidden".
When attempting to view the Enrollment web page the error seen is "Server Error in '/vGOSelfServiceReset/EnrollmentClient' Application".
When attempting to view the Management web page the error seen is "Operation Unsucessful".

Changes

The Password Reset server was configured for SSL connectivity using client certificates.
