Symptoms

Some of the WebLogic Portlets are either missed or duplicated when preferences are changed before using XIP (Export/Import) tool to propagate. For instance if a Portlet preference of Portlet-A is changed in source desktop from pref1 to pref2, and XIP tool is used to propagate; then either Portlet-A would be missed in the destination or it would be propagated two times.
