SOA B2B for Healthcare - HL7 Positive ACK Sent Back to the Calling System When the Database is Down (Doc ID 1596308.1)

Symptoms

If the SOA database is down, or SOA data source is in a suspended state, then if the source system sends HL7 messages to SOA B2B Healthcare via an endpoint, SOA will send a positive ACK back to the source system indicating that the message has been received successfully.

When the SOA database is brought back online, then the messages received by SOA Healthcare during the period when the database was down is not processed, and there is no log of those messages in the Healthcare portal.
