JDBC Throws java.sql.SQLException: Invalid column index When using QORDER As Bind Parameter

Trying to execute the sql statement below with JDBC 18.104.22.168 or JDBC 22.214.171.124/126.96.36.199 fails with java.sql.SQLException: Invalid column index.
(or rorder and iorder)
The same statement works successfully with JDBC 188.8.131.52.
Upgrade from JDBC 184.108.40.206 to JDBC 220.127.116.11/4 or JDBC 18.104.22.168.
