OVD 11g VirtualAttributes With Constant Values Are Not Searchable (Doc ID 1596621.1)

Symptoms

If a constant value is assigned to a new virtual attribute as follows:

param: AddAttribute  value: virtual_attribute_name=constant_value

Then, this virtual attribute is ignored when it is used in ldap search filters. ie the filter '(virtual_attribute_name=constant_value)' will not return any entries.
