OIM Errors using Application Instance And User Account/Entitlement Tabs (Doc ID 1597064.1)

Logged into OIM and

1. Searching in "Application Instance" – giving error :

IAM-4067027 : An error occurred in findAppInstances and the cause of error is null.

2.New user created and navigate to Account and Entitlement tabs gives error :

Accounts tab error

Unexpected exception caught: {0}, msg={1}
Localized message not available. Error returned is: null

Entitlement tab error :
JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.NullPointerException, msg=null
