Internal Server Error after OAM ,WNA and EBS integration

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, Oracle Access Manager

When attempting to log into E-Business Suite instance that has been integrated with OAM11g SSO and Windows Native Authentication { WNA },
the following error occurs.

ERROR

HTTP 500 Internal Server Error
The website cannot display the page.


EBS accessgate Log -  

Servlet failed with Exception
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Cannot forward a response that is already committed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Access EBS
2. As WNA is configured automatic login happen and OAM cookie is set.
3. Redirect to EBS and this result is  error - HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error
4. Access simple protected page works fine.
