JDBC 11g Corrupts Long ROWID Values (Doc ID 1597668.1)

JDBC thin driver 11g corrupts ROWIDs longer than 128 characters.
When ROWID is queried using getString() or getRowid(), the value is corrupted.
The problem reproduces with 11g driver, but it does not reproduce with 12c.
