Failure Of Server APACHE Bridge Error Accessing To Portal (Doc ID 1598037.1)

Symptoms

Having the following configuration: 3 nodes up and running and SSL Terminated to the LBR.  The following error is shown trying to login to Portal:

Failure of server APACHE bridge:

No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

ohs1.log contains following error messages:

After Starting a new browser session and accessing Portal, users are able to login.
