DIS/Webdav Folder Not Openable Via Double-click, Looks Different Than Other Folders (Doc ID 1598097.1)

Symptoms

User is enountering an issue with 11.1.1.6.0 WebCenter Content, Framework folders with the MLR8 O-Patch installed.  When the user attempts to navigate through folders with a double-click action, it does not open the folder.  This behavior only occurs when the folder is copied and the copied folder contains a structure with one or more folders within.  This issue does not happen with the unpatched version of 11.1.1.6.0 WebCenter Content Server.
