Is it Possible to Refresh the Schema Every Time the Externally Linked View (the Database View Outside of WCC) Changes? (Doc ID 1598454.1)

Goal

We've configured some WCC/UCM views that are linked to Database synonym directly. This synonym is a dblink to another instance and it is filled by an external group. It works and metadata associated to this views works without issue.

But our problem is that when a external user populates the Database synonym, the changes in the view are not refreshing automatically in WCC/UCM instance. We have to manually refresh the UCM schema from WCC/UCM admin menu (Configuration Manager).

Is there any workaround or configuration setting that could refresh the schema every time the external view (database view outside WCC) changes?
