EBS Managed Attachments: How To Enable The Managed Attachments Button On the Receivables Customer OAF Page (/oracle/apps/ar/cusstd/ovrview/webui/ArCusOvrPG)

The E-Business Suite "Receivables -> Customer -> Customer" OAF Page (/oracle/apps/ar/cusstd/ovrview/webui/ArCusOvrPG) does not allow you to add a Managed Attachments button using the standard instructions in the documentation. This is mainly because there is no Site-level option when adding a new "Flexible Layout" to the page and there's no "Flexible Layout" option in the "Item Style" list.
