Purpose

Some symptoms:

1. Community-Gadget tree in Contributor UI shows "Service is unavailable".

2. Clicking on Gadget app the UI shows "Internal server error. Details: gadgets.ex.failed.search.gadget' or "Internal server error. Details: Failed to count gadgets."
