WEBCENTER Framework Label Mismatch Warning During Deployment (Doc ID 1599796.1)

Symptoms

We are using JDEVELOPER 11.1.1.7.0 locally, and trying to deploy an application to Weblogic Server 10.3.6 with WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.7.0.

During Deployment, getting below error as Label Mismatch:

/cad/envs/test3/cadwcp2Domain/servers/ms1/tmp/_WL_user/oracle.webcenter.framework.core/4jfef9/APP-INF/lib/serviceframework.jar
<Oct 7, 2013 4:08:06 AM PDT> <Warning> <oracle.webcenter.framework.internal.view> <BEA-000000> <The version (null) of WebCenter Framework Design Time used to create the Portal application is not the same as the version (11.1.1.7.0) of WebCenter Framework Runtime.>

Can you please suggest whether it is issue in Local JDEVELOPER library or Server WEBCENTER library? How to resolve this issue?


Steps to Reproduce
==================
1. Install JDeveloper 11.1.1.7.0.

2. Install the WebCenter Portal extensions for JDeveloper through Help -> Check for Updates

3. Try to deploy a custom Portal to an 11.1.1.7.0 WebCenter Portal
and notice the above warning.
