EM Website Displays REP-50200 And REP-50125 "User does not exist - SIMPLE NAME = EMServerAccess"

Reports was working fine with  OID/SSO and was recently upgraded to OID/OAM.

In the Enterprise Manager console, when go to the reports node it throws:


REP-50200 OID server cannot connect
REP-50125:oracle.ldap.util.NoSuchUserException: User does not exist - SIMPLE NAME = EMServerAccess in rwservlet_diagnostic.log


It reproduces with a brand new reports server, too. Even though this error is displayed, EM eventually shows the Reports information after a few minutes. This is only affecting EM Console. Can run reports and do everything else with no problems.

Prior to switching over to Oracle Access Manager, the EM Console reports display was working.
