Post Patch Instruction for Bug 14711531 After Applied OAM R2 BP03 or later

As per readme file for Interim Patch for Bug: 17493576:

There are specific configuration to be done on the xml files to make the patch working for fixing BUG 14711531. Is there any similar instruction in BP04 readme.html file?
