GoldenGate Replicat Abends With Error "OGG-01164 Column Index (0) Out Of Sequence"

You are using GoldenGate 184.108.40.206.12 to replicate from an AS400 machine (DB2 database) into AIX machine (Oracle database ver 220.127.116.11).
You insert some records on the source DB2 database as follows:
(1) Insert record on DB2 and the record comes up at destination in Oracle database.
(2) Update the non PK column on DB2 source and the update gets replicated across into Oracle destination database.
(3) Update the PK key column on DB2 source and the update gets replicated across into Oracle destination database.
(4) Delete the row using where condition to point to the updated PK, and the REPLICAT at destination (Oracle) ABENDS with the following error:
The replicat RPT file has the following information -
