Outbound B2B-50547 Error occurring for Inbound Message

On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, B2B Engine
When B2B attempts to process an inbound 850 document, the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Deploy inbound agreement.
2) Copy payload file to target folder.
3) Enable listening channel.
4) Error occurs.
