Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, Product Installation

SOA JDBC Test fails using MS SQL Server cluster database.

RCU runs with no issues. Other DB connections test fine, only SOA Infrastructure fails.

See the following error when testing the JDBC connection during the SOA configuration:
