- A 3rd party LDAP server such as OpenLDAP to store users
- An Oracle Internet Directory (OID) LDAP server to store groups
- An Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD) to front end both of the LDAP servers above
- An Oracle Database to store the Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Policy store
- EBusiness Suite (EBS)
