Ics.SetCookie Method Does Not Work For IE (Doc ID 1602659.1)

Symptoms

ics.SetCookie method is not working in IE.  However the same code properly creates a cookie in Firefox.

Here is an example code on calling this method:

ics.SetCookie("test", "test", 2678400, "", "", false);
