How to Recover SerializedSystemIni.dat File (Doc ID 1602857.1)

Goal

Each WLS instance creates a file named SerializedSystemIni.dat and locates it in the /security directory. This file contains encrypted security data that must be present to boot the server. You must back up this file.

If for some reason this file gets corrupted, it may be recreated by following these steps
