Goal

For outbound case, a Oracle Service Architecture Leveraging Tuxedo (SALT) GWWS server cannot handle response SOAP with empty element when data type is double (also for other numeric data types such as byte, short, float and integer).

Below is the Oracle Service Architecture Leveraging Tuxedo (SALT) environment:
wsadmin -v
INFO: Oracle SALT, Version 11.1.1.2.2, 32-bit, Patch Level 013
INFO: Oracle Tuxedo, Version 11.1.1.2.0, 32-bit, Patch Level 094
