FrameworkFolders is used to store documents in folders

When propagating metadata changes to a large folder hierarchy (with lots of documents and subfolders), after some time, the browser reports an error page:

Service Temporarily Unavailable


No error is reported in the log files, and looking at the folders and documents, indicates that the propagation ended successfully.

Propagation works fine on small folder hierarchies
