OWSM Patch Installation Error "invalid entry CRC" (Doc ID 1604151.1)

Symptoms

An OWSM patch is applied which requires patch 13866584 as a prerequisite. First, patch 13866584 is applied.

Installation of the OWSM patch then fails with errors like this:

Jar not applied <LOCATION>/patch/CPUPatchesOct2013/16262532/files//modules/oracle.webservices_11.1.1/oracle.webservices.standalone.client.jar/oracle/wsm/security/policy/scenario/processor/WssSamlTokenProcessor.class to <ORACLE HOME>/oracle_common/modules/oracle.webservices_11.1.1/oracle.webservices.standalone.client.jar... 'invalid entry CRC (expected 0xXXXXXXXX but got 0xYYYYYYYY)'

 

Changes

Patch  13866584 was applied first. This replaces $MW_HOME/oracle_common/modules/oracle.webservices_11.1.1/oracle.webservices.standalone.client.jar.
