IAM-2050243 and IAM-3051103 Errors: After Upgrading OIM 11g R1PS1 To R2PS2 While Creating Users in OIM (Doc ID 1605137.1)

Purpose

After upgrading form OIM 11gR1PS1 to OIM 11gR2PS2, the user UDF (user defined field) of type "Double" is causing a problem while creating users in OIM. The the user form was upgraded using the "Upgrade User Form" option.
 
Following errors are seen in the UI when creating using in such case:

 
Steps to reproduce
1.Upgrade env from R1PS1 > R2PS2.
2.Login to sysadmin console and create a sandbox.
3.Open "Upgrade User Form" and click "Upgrade Now"
4.Publish Sandbox.
5.Try to create user.
