PDF Conversion Fails In WCC 11.1.1.8 with OIT version 8.4.0.109 (Doc ID 1605281.1)

Symptoms

Webcenter Content - 11.1.1.8.0 is  configured with IBR server for conversion to PDF format .

Content items that are processed by IBR server shows the following error and PDF output is not generated  :

!csLogJobIdPrefix,1021346!csLinefeed!csExportPdf!csLinefeed!csExportPdfWriteResources!csLinefeed!csExportPDFLaunchPX!csLinefeed!csLinefeed

Changes

 OIT Patch 17545942 is applied on the server which installs version 8.4.0.109
