Oracle HTTP Server Fails To Start After Importing a Self-signed Certificate Into its Wallet

Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) 11g has been installed and configured without any issues, and starts without any problems using the default wallet.
A self-signed trusted certificate has been created using IBM gsk7cmd command line tool (orapki equivalent for IBM).
