Portal Login Redirects To Oracle Single Sign-On Server 10g Login Page After Configuration Of OAM 11g For Authentication

A Portal 22.214.171.124 installation, upgraded from 10.1.4.2, was configured to use OAM for authentication. The setup was successfully tested with a sample HTML file protected by OAM as per the guidelines in Note 1443463.1, 'Troubleshoot Oracle Access Management (OAM) for Oracle Portal Installations'.
The Portal Welcome Page can be viewed in an Internet Browser. The login link does not redirect to the OAM authentication page however, it redirects to the Oracle Single Sign-On 10g login page.
Portal has been upgraded from 10g to 11g
