Capture Import Server Hangs When Importing PDF Files Using OIT

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Capture Import Server hangs / freezes when importing PDFs. Some PDFs are successfully imported, but the majority of them cause the Import Server to hang. It is necessary to stop and start the service to continue.
