Capture Import Server Hangs When Importing PDF Files Using OIT (Doc ID 1605827.1)

Symptoms

Capture Import Server hangs / freezes when importing PDFs.  Some PDFs are successfully imported, but the majority of them cause the Import Server to hang.  It is necessary to stop and start the service to continue.
