11.1.1.8 WCC - How Should the WCC Managed Server be Modified After Cloning Environments (Doc ID 1606533.1)

Goal

A content server was cloned from a development instance to a production instance on another server.

The WebLogic Admin server starts correctly and the console is available.
WebLogic can not start the WCC Content Server managed server.
When trying to start WCC, using startManagedWeblogic.sh it gives me this error:

What has to be done to allow the cloned WCC instance to start?
