Symptoms

When clicking the link from the Records drop-down on the task panel, this error is displayed and reflected in the logs:

Unable to execute service LOAD_FOLIO_VIEW and function determineID.

The task panel has been installed and can be found in the content server. The folio can be viewed manually, just not from the task panel link.
