How To Setup EBS 12.1.x / 12.2.x Forms with WebCenter Content 11g AXF Managed Attachments (Doc ID 1606687.1)

Goal

Here's a step by step example of how to configure EBS 12.1.2/12.1.3/12.2.x Forms with WebCenter Content AXF Managed Attachments.

Note:  For the exact details on how to install and configure WebCenter Content, Imaging (IPM) and Managed Attachments, please refer to the latest documentation found HERE.

Note:  The specific WebCenter Content documentation to configure the EBS Adapter is found HERE.

(Note: Support and certification for EBS 12.2.x with Managed attachments will only be offered on the WebCenter Content 11.1.1.9.0 and above product versions.
It will not be supported or backported to older versions of WebCenter Content.
This is true for EBS Forms and EBS OAF (even if 12.2.x Forms or OAF are working with the older WCC versions below 11.1.1.8.0))

(Important Note: Managed Attachments is NOT available or supported with WebCenter Content 12.2.1.0.0. Managed Attachments is certified/supported in the WebCenter Content 12.2.1.1.0 release and above!  Part I - EBS Forms
 Step 1) Install and Configure your EBS 12.1.2/12.1.3/12.2.x Forms environment.
 Step 2) Install WebCenter Content Server and Imaging (IPM) 11g and configure and test AXF Managed Attachments.
 Step 3) On the EBS 12.1.x/12.2.x machine, create the AXF user and grant the correct privileges to the user.
 
Step 4) Copy the required WebCenter Content Managed Attachment SQL scripts to the EBS 12.1.x/12.2.x machine.
 Step 5) Run the following set of WebCenter Content AXF SQL scripts against the EBS Database into the new AXF schema.
 
Step 6) Run the following set of WebCenter Content AXF SQL scripts against the EBS Database as the APPS user.
 Step 7) Next, you will need to compile the AXF_CUSTOM.pll following the steps in Webcenter Content EBS installation document.
 Step 8) Configure the SOAP User and password on EBS for AXF
 Step 9) Verify that the Zoom menu command displays in the appropriate Oracle E-Business Suite Form(s).
 
 Part II - EBS OAF
  Step 1) Install and configure your EBS 12.1.x/12.2.x EBS OAF environment
 Step 2) Configure EBS OAF to work with Content Server - IPM - AXF Managed Attachments
