OBIEE Manage Map Data Is Not Listing The Map Layers

Symptoms
The OBIEE 11.1.1.7 Manager Map Data feature is not NOT listing the map layers
The below steps where implemented
1) Accessed the MapViewer by going to the following URL:
http://machine.<domain>:9704/mapviewer
2) Clicked on the Admin link.
3) Logged in to MapViewer using weblogic user
4) Click on Configuration.Opened the mapViewerConfig.xml configuration file.
5) Configured Data source
6) Restarted all OBIEE Components
7) Logged into http://<domain>.com:9704/analytics
a) Administration - Manage Map Data - Layers - clicked on Import Layers
b) The Lookin value is displaying the value "obiee_maps" defined on the configuration step
c) The Available Layer is NOT displaying any map tables created in the obiee_navteq schema from the database
