On startup with the -d64 flag in the instance's Java arguments, the following error stack is reported:

A clean installation of GlassFish Server 2.1.1.22 has been performed on Solaris x86, using the content from patch 128644-36, and the configuration has been altered to add the -d64 option in the Java arguments to allow Java to run as a 64-bit process.
