Symptoms

Oracle Collaboration Suite (OCS) 10g has been installed as a single-box installation with the OCS midtier and infrastructure on the same server.

Attempts to access and login to the Infrastructure Provisioning Console (OIDDAS) application at /oiddas fail with HTTP-403 Forbidden error.
After submitting credentials the following error is displayed:

The URL displayed in the browser address bar when the error occurs is http://<SSO_HTTP_SERVERNAME>:<HTTP_PORT>/osso_login_success....

Originally after OCS installation OIDDAS access was working, but after some maintenance was performed for the OCS installation the error started occurring.

Steps to reproduce

1. Access http://<SSO_HTTP_SERVERNAME>:<HTTP_PORT>/oiddas
2. The OSSO login page is displayed
3. Submit valid credentials.
4. Error 403 Forbidden occurs with message "You don't have permission to access /osso_login_success on this server."
