Symptoms
Symptoms can be the following:
- When running the Export/Import utility, and selecting the export option, the incorrect Index profiles are listed for export.
- After importing Index profiles from a different machine using the Import Export Utility, the Index profiles cannot be seen after logging in to Capture.
