Dvt:pieGraph With DYNAMIC_RESIZE Is Not Sized Correctly on Mobile (Doc ID 1607979.1)

Symptoms

A WebCenter Portal application has a chart displayed on the page.

When viewed in desktop, the chart is displaying perfect.
But in mobile mode, the piegraph with default settings, load ok, but when the orientation has changed, the chart doesn't refresh the size. Trying to insert the piegraph with dynamicResize="DYNAMIC_RESIZE" inside a in af:panelStretchLayout with (and without) the AFStretchWidth as a styleClass... and isn't working as it should.

1. The pieGraph is inside a panelBox, with all default options, the graph renders ok in mobile, but when the orientation change without refresh all page, the graph doesn't resize.
Setting dynamicResize="DYNAMIC_RESIZE" in pieGraph and the graph render much bigger than necessary, and doesn't resize, even putting it in a panelstretch in jdeveloper.
With default option is less poor than with dynamicResize="DYNAMIC_RESIZE", but It's needed this to refresh the size if the orientation is changed.

2. The problem occurs in iPhone with iOS6 and iOS7. Even in Responsive mode of Firefox (CTRL+SHIFT+M) the problems is exactly the same.
