OAM Console is Looping When OAM Allows an Incorrect Cookie Domain as Specified in IAMSuiteAgent Profile (Doc ID 1608074.1)

Symptoms

OAM 11.1.2.1.0 version, Admin Console (But does also apply to other OAM 11g releases)

While trying to login in OAM Console as http://hostname.domainname:port/oamconsole it is take long time and not going to home page. Not throwing any error.

One thing we noticed is, when we stop Managed server (oam_server1) we are getting the oam console page without any error and were able to login with 'weblogic' user.
But, When we start managed server oam_server1 and then try to take oamconsole url http://hostname.domainame:7010/oamconsole it is redirecting to http://hostname.domainame:14100/oam/server
Then, we are getting the oam single-sign-on login page and if we try to login with 'weblogic' user, the login to access OAM console is not moving forward and is not giving any error.

So, the issue is faced only when we start OAM Managed server (oam_server1)
