Purpose

According to the installation guide page 44:

"c. A database type/driver pair. The recommended choices are:
- MS SQL Server/Oracle’s MS SQL Server Driver (Type 4) versions: 7.0 and higher"

This appears to be a JDBC version 4 driver.  Is it supported?
