OAM 11g: HTTP-404 Not Found Occurs When Accessing EBS Protected by 11g WebGate

Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) has been integrated with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) for SSO using an 11g WebGate.

When EBS is accessed there is no redirection to OAM for SSO login, instead error HTTP-404 Not Found occurs.

Steps to reproduce

1. Access http://EBShost.domain:port/OA_HTML/AppsLogin
2. HTTP-404 Not Found error is displayed.
