"Access Server SDK: No log writers" Message Keeps Getting Recorded In /var/log/messages (Doc ID 1608714.1)

On an environment which includes OAM 11gR2, and where an 11g Webgate for Oracle HTPP Server is also used, you may see  the following type of Webgate-related message frequently logged in the /var/log/messages file:

This message has no negative impact on the system.
But at some point in time it may increase the size of SysLog, and in particular situations this may be an inconvenience.

The purpose of this article is to explain how you can stop this behavior and not getting such message logged in the /var/log/messages.
