Symptoms

On re-submitting one or more revisions of content items using the Repository Manager applet, attachments disappear or are assigned to other revisions of the same content item. 

This only occurs when enabling major and minor revision sequences in the config.cfg

For example:

MajorRevSeq=1-99
MinorRevSeq=A-Z
