BPM Workspace Does Not Display Home Page Header Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) Correctly (Doc ID 1609400.1)

Symptoms

Users see an issue with the display of the BPM Workspace header section as shown below. The top header section is partially collapsed and requires scrolling. It is not expandable.
Issue is reproducible only on Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10.
